A few things….

At 5 p.m. this Thursday four workouts will be released for Master’s Competitors in which they will have until 5 p.m. Monday, April 21st to complete all four.  Our own Phil Anderson is THE ONLY All Terrain athlete to extend his Crossfit Games competition into the next round – The Crossfit Regionals.  Once the workouts are released we will determine a schedule for Phil so let’s give him all the support he can get through the weekend! Aaaand less importantly we have softball practice this Saturday at NOON at Pine Nursery.  So far we have established a pretty solid (and extremely competitive) softball team but we would love everyone to come out and enjoy the sun (shag.)
